2022年12月3日，河南省农业激光技术国际联合实验室在线召开了全体研究生组会，会议由国际联合实验室主任胡建东教授主持，实验室国际和国内研究生14人参与（其中4位国际学生）。
由于疫情原因，全体研究生都离开了学校返回各自家里。胡建东教授首先了解了研究生们在家里的生活情况，同时要求大家严格遵守相关防控规定，切身做好自身防护，然后安排了以下几点具体工作：
（1）国际学生Zaigham将于12月4日返回郑州，要求提前与学校沟通，并提前办理入住校区的手续，同时了解了在北京隔离时间，以及其它外国学生返校时间等；
（2）10号之前完成本年度研究生组会报告，并与每位研究生组会报告PPT一起形成最终的报告；
（3）12月20日前完成提交每位研究生的本年度总结报告和2023年上学期研究计划；
（4）拟于2023年毕业的研究生务必在家里克服困难、高度重视毕业论文写作和认真完成学位论文撰写。
Group meeting on December 3, 2022
(1) Zaigham will return back to Zhengzhou on 4th of December. Are there any difficulty in returning back to Zhengzhou? Has Zaigham communicated with the both Ms. Yan and Ms. Zang in advance? Also I need to contact the head of the international office of my University. After that students can go to the campus to check in. How many days will be required for the quarantine in Beijing. And more, the other international students were mentioned the date for returning back to Zhengzhou, Shakeel, Fide, Abdul;
(2) A year report of the group meeting together with PPTs which made by different students will be sent to me before 10th of this month;
(3) Each student should write an annual summary report and the plan for the next Semester, please do it as detailed as possible, and submit it to me before December 20th;
(4) Several graduate students must carefully complete the writing of the thesis, and after forming the draft thesis, please share it with other students. They will revise it or provide some suggestions for revision.
